Meet Justin Grosvenor

"I've Been Where You Are."

Sunrise Wellness Group was born from personal experience. For years, I struggled with inconsistency, unhealthy habits, and a lack of discipline. I knew what I should be doing, but I couldn't seem to stay on track. Everything changed when I stopped relying on motivation and started building structure into my life.

I've lost over 100 pounds—twice.

I've overcome substance abuse.

I've rebuilt my life through faith, daily discipline, and accountability.

What transformed my life wasn't a quick fix. It was a simple system of consistent actions repeated every day.

Today, I help others do the same.
